Last year during the shutdown I wanted to keep my 6 yr son busy so we did some brainstorming and we came up with this. A FOOD TRUCK PARK for Logan Utah right on Main Street on an area that had been vacant for 10 years or so.

Getting it set up wasn’t as easy as you’d think. It didn’t require a loan, special plans, engineering, or intense structural upgrades. But did require a lot of creativity, meetings, planning, drawings, examples, approvals from the city, UDOT, the neighbors, a lot of cleanup, thousands of dollars in simple landscaping, electrical, signs, and marketing… 

This is his business even though I was needed to execute most of the coordination and labor. He gets brought up to date and knows what was needed to get done and why. I try to treat him as the president of the company so that he can be exposed to employees that have the best interest of the business and hopefully it will help him recognize that in the future when he has his own real employees that are willing and capable to take over projects that have his businesses best interest.

We plan on continuing to improve the area as we have time and cash flow catches back up.
